Information that helps us check a listing
Provide the hospital’s public name, city, street address, official website and public telephone number where available. Describe its advertised departments without adding claims such as “best”, “guaranteed cure” or “lowest price”. A source link is more useful than promotional language.
What happens after submission
A submission enters a review queue. It does not go live automatically. We may ask for clarification, combine a duplicate with an existing record, or decline an entry when the public information cannot be checked. Submission does not create a commercial arrangement or guarantee inclusion.
Send only public facility information. Do not attach reports, identification documents, patient photographs or private staff telephone numbers.
